Meditation for a peaceful transition in Iran

Since December 28th, there have been mass demonstrations across multiple cities in Iran due to deteriorating economic conditions, including high inflation and sharp depreciation of the national currency. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2025%E2%80%932026_Iranian_protests The protests quickly evolved into a broader movement demanding an end to the current government and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps regime. On January 8th at 8 PM local time, following the blockage of internet and phone services, the protests escalated even further.  As of January 9th, there are protests across all 31 provinces.
